In Jelšigrad Livar a.d.  all employees attempt  to offer customers more than they expected, as well high-quality products, as  approach and attitude.

We are building a quality management system, to protect our environment, in order to establish the trust of customers and suppliers as well as the satisfaction of owners, employees and the community. Quality and care for the environment is our greatest asset, base and business, because we determine the quality policy:

Continuously improvement of the quality management system is a fundamental obligation to the management and all employees. Particular attention should be paid to achieving product quality and cost management, which would mean preventing errors and solving the causes, rather than the repair or removal.

All employees have an accountability to prevent, anticipate and remove anything that affects the poor quality of products and applications and achieving customer satisfaction, no matter where it appears the cause of poor quality.

Management is to establish and enforce effective measures to achieve the objectives in their area.

Management is required to monitor the effectiveness of activities for providing quality, and adapt actions to new knowledge in order to achieve continuous progress in quality.
